ECM Market Shifts With Symphony's Planned Hummingbird Buy (Gartner)
Hummingbird has agreed in principle to sell itself to Symphony Technology Group, a privately held company with no experience in the enterprise content management market. Hummingbird customers should stay alert to changes that might affect them.
